ePSXe 1.7.0 has been released. You can download it in the files section.
Short changelog:
Multiple changes has been done in the Pad support.
The internal SPU plugin has been updated to the 1.7.0 version.
The iso support code has been rewritten.
The MDEC decoder has been rewritten.
A new version of the Pete's Software Plugin is included.
The XA/CDDA support has been worked in this new version.
Many things have been fixed in the cd-rom decoder and the core.

* Now, how to play ISO Games using ePSXe 1.7.0?
Open ePSXe.exe
You will see the Configuration Wizard that will let you choose the drivers needed for BIOS, CDROM, Sound, and Video.
No need to download plugins individually. My installer is fully packed and ready to be configured.

* After the configuration...
Go to File -> Run ISO
Browse for downloaded games. You can only open files in
.cue
.bin
.IMG
.MDS
.CCD
* ECM TOOLS!
If you encounter a downloaded ISO game in .ecm format. No need to worry... use ECM tool to unecm the .ecm file.
Just drag the .ecm file into unecm application to convert it into .BIN, .CUE or .IMG
For more info on how to use ecm tools Go here! 
Usually, in a game... you will encounter .bin and .cue files. Just open either one of the two and PRESTO! happy gaming!

*For two player gaming...
Configure Port 1 and Port 2 under Config Tab - > Gamepad
*To save a game in memory slots...
Hit F2- Switch mode for slots/ Choose current slot.
Hit F1- To save game in the current slot
Hit F3- To resume saved game in the current slot.
*Switching to Window Mode...
Hit F7

Hit F8 during the game...
